We provide 24 hour supported accommodation to young people.  We work in conjunction with local authorities and other identified professionals to aid in the assessment, planning, intervention, monitoring and support of all young people including those at significant risk and provide targetted support. We support young people to gain skills and  knowledge and independence to manage on their own. Whilst the young person is supported they will be provided with a support package that is designed for them.
