We provide supported living services for people with a variety of support needs, conditions and presentations. This includes vulnerable young people, people who have a learning disability, autism or mental health needs. Our specialist support enables people to live happy and fulfilling lives in their own homes within their community.
Generation Pathway aims to support people by providing them with skills and empowering them to live independently. We respond to emerging needs and give people the tools to enable them to a transition into independent living. We support people by encouraging them to focus on their strengths and build positive support networks to achieve their aspirations, whether that is returning to education, finding meaningful work or making new friendships.
We provide 24-hour staffed accommodation developed around offering a targeted and sustainable support service for vulnerable people. We work in conjunction with local authorities and other identified professionals to aid in the assessment, planning, intervention, monitoring and support of all people including those at significant risk. Our houses accommodate both long- and short-term placements including any emergency placements.
We provide support to people who are interested in developing skills for future employment.
We offer training packages to organisations and communities. This includes safeguarding training and basic introduction to opportunities for people planning intergenerational projects.
